How are Zirconium Teeth Applied?The Treatment Process and Production Phase

Planning

In the initial phase, your dentist will thoroughly examine the teeth planned for preparation, listen to your aesthetic expectations, and provide you with the details of the treatment. At this stage, it's beneficial to view comparative before-and-after photos of previous zirconium and other aesthetic applications before making a decision about the treatment.

Preparation of Teeth

In the second phase, your teeth are slightly ground down under local anesthesia to create sufficient space for the Zirconium teeth.

Production Phase of the Teeth

After the teeth are prepared, impressions are taken using digital or conventional methods and sent to the dental prosthetics laboratory. While in the laboratory phase, temporary teeth are adhered to your teeth to prevent sensitivity and aesthetic disruption.

Trial Fitting

In the fourth stage, the teeth from the laboratory are tried in the mouth and adjusted before being sent back to the laboratory for the glazing process.

Cementation and Completion

In the final stage, the finished Zirconium teeth are evaluated by you and your dentist for aesthetics, form, color, smile, speech, and function before cementation. This cementation process is known as simulation. After simulation, you should avoid eating for 2 hours.
